Experience

Martha received her Masters in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2011 where she served as President of the Psi Chi Honor Society. Throughout her career, she has experience in substance abuse counseling, school counseling, and individual and family counseling within a private practice. Martha currently owns and operates a private practice in Winston-Salem, NC. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina (license #14327) as approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC) in addition to being a member of the American Counseling Association.

Martha has over a decade of speaking to a variety of groups including parent groups, churches, and schools. Martha has served as both keynote and break-out session speaker for women’s conferences, as well as serving as a mental health expert on a panel with Nicole and Michael Phelps.
